You can choose tile flooring or wall-to-wall carpeting of exquisite quality. With large sliding doors, your lounge leads directly onto a generous balcony or a backyard for fun entertaining.

Both lounge and dinning area share a four and a metre high cathedral ceiling to create glorious spacious volume to enjoy. Your lounge leads to a luxury staircase to take you to your spacious roof garden to enjoy direct exposure to the most spectacular views of castle hill country club.

Kitchen

Spacious and superbly equipped, your kitchen will be a joy to use with its Caesar stone bench tops, non-slip floors and generous storage spaces. You’ll appreciate the design of floor and wall tiles, and craftsman-quality polyurethane cabinets that never need to be painted. Bedrooms

Every Golf Shore villa boasts its own front and back garden fit for BBQ setting with best views of the golf course, plus a beautifully prepared roof garden. You can choose to do your own gardening, or we’ll provide that service for you. There is generous covered parking, too, for you and your guests.
